Accessibility Statement

MyEdustream, LLC d/b/a Prepmedians (“Prepmedians”, “us” or “we”) wants every student who wants to study with us to be able to, and we build with that in mind. This page sets out what works well on our Platform at Prepmedians.com today, the work we have underway, and how to reach a person who can help. If you are weighing up whether this course will work for you, the sections below set out what we have tested, what we know is not ready yet, and how to ask us for any piece of the material in a form that works for you. We would always rather send it to you than have you go without.

The standard we measure against

We measure the Platform against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard most commonly referenced in the United States for websites and web applications.

What works well today

Some of what helps here was built in from the start, before anyone asked for it. The course is entirely self paced: there are no deadlines, no proctoring, and no time limit on any lesson or practice set. The practice countdown on module quizzes is advisory only: when it runs out nothing stops, nothing locks, and it can be switched off entirely. Every question can be answered untimed, by anyone, without asking us first.

The quiz can be worked through without a mouse. The answer choices and the controls beside them can all be reached and operated from the keyboard, you can see where the keyboard focus is as you move, and the answer tools such as eliminate and mask are named and expose their state to assistive technology. In our tests, the quiz and this page reflowed down to a narrow, phone width window with no side to side scrolling, and oversized question and answer images stayed inside their containers, which is what makes high magnification usable. Text and controls on the public pages we have tested meet the AA contrast level, and we have brought the quiz's answer controls up to it as well.

Most of the text-only question images we have audited now carry a real transcript, so a screen reader can read those questions aloud. Passage images, figures, tables and most image-based answer choices are named but not yet described, which is the work in the next section. Our lesson videos carry captions, and we have not yet audited caption coverage for the shorter videos attached to individual questions. Across the public pages in our current automated sample, our automated checks report no WCAG 2.1 A or AA violations. Automated checks catch only some of what matters, so we treat that as a floor rather than a finish line.

We completed another review of the public site on September 28, 2026, on a staging build of those pages. On the homepage, pricing page, frequently asked questions and blog, WAVE reported no first-party accessibility errors. On those same four pages, keyboard checks confirmed visible focus, logical movement and working skip links, and each reflowed at a 320-pixel-wide viewport without hiding meaningful content. A local Lighthouse run scored the homepage, pricing page, blog and signup page 100 for accessibility. We also listened to agent-driven navigation of representative public pages in Chrome with VoiceOver and heard no blocking issue. These results describe the pages and states we tested; they do not turn automated scores or a representative listening check into a claim that the entire Platform conforms.

Where we stand today

Prepmedians is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which means some parts of the Platform meet the standard and some do not yet. Conformance is all or nothing, so a single outstanding item is enough to rule out the stronger claim, and we would rather say so than claim more than is true.

Where we are still improving

Our question bank has been built up over many years, and a large part of it was authored as images rather than as text. We are working through it in stages so that all of it reads properly with a screen reader, and we keep testing the Platform with a keyboard and at high magnification. This is ongoing work rather than a finished job, and we update the date at the top of this page as each piece lands.

We work on the question and answer content first, because that is what stands between a student and the material they paid for. In the meantime you do not have to wait for that work to finish. If any part of the Platform is hard for you to use, we would far rather hear from you than have you quietly work around it, and what follows is not a consolation prize. It is how to get what you need while the rest is in progress.

If something is not accessible to you, tell us and we will work with you to find an accessible way to get it

You do not have to wait for the work above. Email info@prepmedians.com with the word Accessibility in the subject line and tell us what you are running into. If you can, include the lesson or question you were on and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within three business days.

Depending on what you are running into, that usually means one of these, at no extra cost:

• Send you the content of a specific question, passage or lesson in a format that works with your assistive technology.
• Turn off the practice countdown on your account so that everything is untimed.
• Describe a table, graph or figure that your screen reader cannot read.
• Extend your access if an accessibility problem on our side cost you study time.

Students with a 504 plan or an IEP

Prepmedians is a practice platform, not the organization that administers the SAT or the ACT. Accommodations on the real exam, such as extended time, are granted by the College Board and by ACT, and you apply for those through your school. We cannot grant them, and nothing here affects them.

What we can do is make practice untimed, which is the accommodation our Platform directly supports. Because the course is self paced and untimed by default, practice is not time limited to begin with, and the countdown can be switched off entirely. If a student has accommodations that our Platform does not currently accommodate well, we want to hear about it at the address above. Several of the improvements we have made exist because a family wrote to us.

How we assess this Platform

This statement is based on reviews completed during September 2026, most recently on September 28. Those reviews used Lighthouse, WAVE and our own read-only checks of rendered pages; source review of question, report and email pages; review of caption coverage across parts of our video library; keyboard, focus, narrow-viewport and magnification testing; and a VoiceOver listening check on representative public pages in Chrome. We have not commissioned an independent third-party audit, run a check in Safari with VoiceOver, or completed every critical workflow with a screen reader without relying on sight. In particular, signup, test checkout, enrolled-course navigation and Vimeo player controls still need that complete workflow review. We will update this page when that work and the remaining learning-content remediation are complete.

If we do not get it right

If you contact us about an accessibility problem and you are not satisfied with our response, reply to our email and ask for it to be escalated to the owner, who reads that inbox directly. We would much rather hear from you and fix it than have you go without the material.
